Request a Return
Log into your Repossi account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original Repossi presentation box and secure it within the initial shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and protective packaging are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid insured shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are completely covered.
Dispatch and Refund
Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off the parcel at an authorized collection point; your refund will be processed to the original payment method following a quality inspection.
